The goal is to create a unified hub that allows users to easily discover meaningful events, reserve tickets, and manage their bookings all in one intuitive platform. Centralizing these features will improve the booking experience.
Solution
Event Hub brings together event discovery, ticket purchasing, calendar integration, and community features like reviews into a single solution. Consolidating these capabilities in one app eliminates the fragmentation issues users face.
Market research claim
Market research shows event ticket sales are projected to grow at a 10.5% CAGR from 2022-2026 as live events continue rebounding from the pandemic. This presents an opportunity.
Market research problem
On the other hand, the current ecosystem remains fragmented, with event info and ticketing spread across multiple websites, apps, and sources. This makes booking a frustrating experience.
Why i made this project
Event Hub was developed to capitalize on the fast rebound in event ticket sales by providing users with a seamless one-stop platform to discover and book events. Consolidating a dispersed system fills an important consumer need.
