SAVI leverages AI to assess candidate skills, experience, and personality through questionnaires, simulations, and sentiment analysis. These insights are synthesized into talent profiles that better match candidates with the right roles.
Market research claim
LinkedIn data shows 79% of recruiters want to assess soft skills, but only 25% can accurately. This highlights the massive need for solutions like SAVI.
Market research problem
Reliance on traditional hiring practices makes it extremely difficult for companies to gain a complete quantifiable picture of candidates, leading to mis-hires.
Why i made this project
SAVI was developed as an AI hiring platform to provide greater data-driven visibility into both hard and soft skills, as well as candidate compatibility, which ultimately leads to better hiring decisions and potential revenue growth.
